Committee structure encourages owner and tenant input and direction for managing the community. The committees are invaluable to maintaining and improving the property values and social life.

Committees are responsible for planning, organizing and providing recommendations to the Board. Owners and tenants are encouraged to volunteer to serve on a committee aligned with their interest. Please contact a Board member to discuss further.

Social Committee

The purpose of the Committee is to plan social activities for Bay Harbor Club residents. The Chair will, seek an organizer for each activity, and assist in its execution. Costs are paid by participants with any remaining money deposited in the BHC Special Projects account. Suggestions for social activities are welcomed from all residents and renters.
